A virtual sim in Teen area for a bank of US to cultivate the young people's financial knowledge.

Design:
The whole sim is built in the clues of financial games. There is a banking house, a uptown of 10 buildings, a vehicle store, an interesting beach entertainment area and landscape leisure area.  It not only satisfies the function needs of financial education, but also creates a beautiful environment. With compact and reasonable layout of general plane functions, being clearly prioritized, it is an integration of design and social requirements, reaching the integrity of creation.

The banking house adopts combination materials of solid wall and glasses, and is elegant, neat, brief and in good taste. The uptown adopts white walls and red tiles to form a unified and unique tone, showing warmth and sweat to the utmost. The landscape design mainly includes two parts: one is to create a pretty quiet environment in the north of sim, the other one is to place a beach leisure area in the south. So the whole environment appears clean and joyful. The landscape and building are combined together, reflecting and embellishing each other mutually.
